Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within South Africa to all provinces and locations.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1750 qualify for free shipping.

  • Flat Rate: Orders below R1750 will incur a flat shipping fee of R225.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect your order within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with Courier Guy for all deliveries. Unfortunately, customers cannot select their own courier at this time.

Order Tracking

Currently, order tracking is not available. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Eligibility

All of our products are eligible for shipping to any location within South Africa.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We take full responsibility for any order that is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. In such cases, we will cover all associated expenses.

Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

  • We do not offer returns for orders that are delivered later than expected.

  • If your order arrives damaged, we offer a full refund and will cover the return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, in-store pickup, or any special delivery services.
