Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Camp & Outdoor. Here is exactly how delivery works, with no fine print.

Your three delivery options

All options deliver anywhere in South Africa in 3-5 business days.

  • Locker to Locker (Pudo) - R89. Orders under R1,750. Your parcel is sent to a Pudo parcel locker near you and you collect it with a code, at whatever time suits you. This is the cheapest option, saving R136 against door-to-door.
  • Door to Door - R225. Orders under R1,750. Courier delivery to your address.
  • Door to Door - FREE. Orders of R1,750 and over. Free courier delivery to your address.

You choose your option, and your collection locker if you pick Pudo, at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa only, to every province and to any address in the country. All of our products are eligible for delivery nationwide - there are no excluded items or regions.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery after dispatch: 1-3 business days
  • Total: 3-5 business days from the time of purchase

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Courier

Door-to-door orders are delivered by The Courier Guy. Locker orders travel through the Pudo locker network. Customers cannot select an alternative courier at this time.

Dispatch notification and tracing an order

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. If you would like to trace a parcel that is already in transit, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

We take full responsibility for any order that is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, and we will cover all associated expenses. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will arrange a full refund or a replacement.

Please note that we do not offer returns solely on the grounds that an order was delivered later than expected. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, and a plain-language summary is on our Delivery & Returns page.
