Steak Knife 125mm - Broad Blade, Steel Handle

A 125mm broad-blade steak knife with a full steel handle — the heavier and more substantial of the two steak knives we carry.

The steel handle is what you're paying the difference for. It gives the knife weight and balance in the hand, it doesn't loosen or discolour the way a moulded handle can after repeated washing, and it's what restaurants specify because it survives years of service and still looks right on a laid table.

The broad blade is designed for steak specifically: enough width behind the edge to push through a thick cut without tearing it, and a point that works for a chop or a piece of braaied lamb.
