White Square Bowl (Bowl Only)

A 1.5L square serving bowl at 260mm x 260mm x 70mm — this is a table centrepiece rather than an eating bowl. It holds a salad for six to eight, a big bowl of chips, or fruit for a breakfast table.

The square shape is a catering choice: square bowls sit flush against each other down a buffet line where round ones leave dead space. The 70mm depth is enough for a tossed salad without it spilling over the sides when it's carried.

A fitted clear dome is sold separately, which turns this into a covered display bowl for outdoor service — worth having if you're putting food out where there are flies or wind.
